During her early years as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner it became evident that Nat was tuning into clients energy at a much deeper level. This when Nat began to explore the world of energy healing. Nat is a Reiki Master and offers one on one energy healing sessions called Soul Alignment Reiki Healing sessions.
Soul Alignment Energy Healing Sessions are a beautiful blend of energetic healing (reiki), guided meditation, intuitive guidance and nature to help you on your souls path. These sessions allow for deep healing to occur emotionally and energetically. If you are feeling lost, stuck or just need some nurturing these sessions are perfect for times of transformation. Designed to help clear out old energy and open up channels to allow you to step forward in life with more clarity and in alignment with the essence of who you fully are.
Each session is unique and can be done either in person or virtually. Healing sessions are often infused infused with healing crystals, elements of nature and sound.
