Headwaters Wellness is located in Alton, On. Alton is a little village located in the Hills of the Headwaters.... close to Orangeville, Erin, Hillsburgh, Caledon Village, Belfountain. Our passion is to promote wellness through therapy, mindfulness and movement. Our centre holds an Osteopathic Manual Therapist, Social Worker, Reiki Master and Wellness Studio for classes such as Yoga and Meditation. Our vision is to offer a place to escape to, where you can unwind and take care of yourself: body, mind and spirit!
